What awaits you at the MicroWonders Museum?
The MicroWonders Museum in Szentendre presents the unparalleled collection of Mykola Syadristy, the world-renowned master of microminiature art. Our exhibition offers a glimpse into a universe where art, science and technology unite at the smallest scales, pushing the known boundaries of human creativity.
The artworks displayed in our museum have travelled to every continent, enchanting visitors across numerous countries. The artist — who is simultaneously a writer, inventor and acclaimed water sports champion — creates each work by hand, using tools of his own making, between two heartbeats. The tools are harder to create than the artworks themselves.
His permanent exhibitions can be visited in only three countries — alongside Kyiv and Andorra —, the Szentendre collection bears witness to the special connection between the artist and the "city of arts".
The exhibition offers a breathtaking spectacle and a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all ages — a perfect programme for individuals, families and organised groups alike. Multilingual descriptions accompany every artwork.
